Formerly East Lake (Eastlake) Square Mall, this was once a two story enclosed mall with Ivey's (later Belk), Montgomery Ward, J.C. Penney and Service Merchandise, plus 3 General Cinema screens and 100+ shops. It was built in 1977 and closed in the early 1990s after the opening of Brandon Town Center (Westfield Brandon). In 1999, it was renovated into the current office center it is today, though it is stylized (and written) as "Netp@rk".
