Landmark tavern/restaurant in the Breezy Point community established in 1910. The original structure, an open pavilion, was floated to the peninsula from its origin at Coney Island and erected on wood pilings by Maxwell Kennedy. It was razed in the 1970s and replaced by the more modern building we see today.
