Coney's Childs Building designed c. 1923 by Dennison & Hirons. Fanciful terra cotta ornamentation was executed by the Atlantic Terra Cotta Co. The restaurant was featured in the movie "Two Weeks Notice" with Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock.

After being abandoned for many years, it was restored in 2014 by Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects.
