Originally built as a meat packing plant, the Neuhoff buildings fell into disrepair for a number of years. It was recently purchased by a local family who was interested in refirbishing and reusing the buildings. Current use includes offices for a local nonprofit organization, a singer-songwriter's studio, and the Nashville Jazz Workshop.
