Three-storey office building, built in 2009-2010. Its major tenant is the Mediclinic, formerly located just west in the Circle Centre strip mall.

One of the first buildings constructed in this part of town, this office block originally housed the studios of CKOM Radio, until they relocated to a larger building on the riverbank. The original building was demolished soon after.
