  • This is what's left of the Smith's Grotto. It used to be much bigger years ago, before developers bought out most of it. There were many creeks, small lakes and the occasional spring there due to the area's unusually high aquifers. I hope the area residents are aware of this, for in case the next big earthquake hits and it all turns to quicksand....
  • Its 2016. I didn't think this place existed any more. My family enjoyed this little gem of a place quite a bit. A nice respite in the middle of busy neighborhoods. I was really sorry to see it developed since someone spent a lot of time creating it. It had meandering trails through beautiful gardens and had all the stations of the cross. A small chapel, little bridges over the creek made this a little paradise.
