The 554th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers are a US Air Force mobile heavy engineering squadron assigned to Andersen Air Force Base. Filling a tactical construction role similar to that of US Navy SeaBees, the 554th RED HORSE Squadron provides heavy repair, construction support, civil engineering and training services to Andersen Air Force Base.
