This 78.9 acre property is a fine example of a reforested pasture. Throughout this oak-hickory-pine woods, one will find old field cedars, dead on their roots, old apple trees, large wolf trees, an old rifle range, and many boundary walls. This property also allows one to walk along one of Lexington's oldest cart roads (laid out in 1660) in its original condition. This cart road was once a section of an old Indian path called the Virginia Path, which led through Lexington to the Shawsheen River, where Indians used to trade their goods. Access is from Cutler Farm Road or Valleyfield Road.
