Cool place to hang out and drink coffee whilst smoking a joint. Do not ask for weed in the cafe. Don't try to make a deal or pick up there. Cafe has nothing to do with the cannabis business. Great pubs and restaurants and galleries in the Gastown area. Numerous weed dealers usually in the hempzone, but ripoffs are possible so be careful. Crack-head punk musician-dealers chased out of neighbourhood long time ago. No organized crime or bikers, but DTES drug addicts always looking to rip people off. Safe, clean area, except further into the DTES along Hastings - use caution.

  • Heat score. Avoid at all costs. Called Luser's Lounge for some very good reasons. Only good for ignorant tourists and people with time to waste. Dirty and in violation of many laws and regulations. Food is unsanitary. Staff is power-obsessed and greed-driven. Owned and operated by some very influential people, if ya getz the drift.
