Central Collegiate, Regina's first high school, was located on this site from 1908 to 1985. The building was demolished in the 1990s, but parts of the façade were salvaged and incorporated into Winston Knoll Collegiate in northwest Regina. Condominium buildings that mimic the architecture of the old school now occupy the site.
