The Tampa Heights Historic District is a U.S. historic district within the Tampa Heights neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. It is roughly bounded by Adalee Street, I-275, 7th Avenue and North Tampa Avenue, encompassing approximately 200 acres (0.81 km2).

The district's period of historic significance is 1890-1945. When added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on August 4, 1995, it contained 289 contributing historic buildings. A small number of these buildings were razed during subsequent expansion of the Interstate 4/Interstate 275 interchange.

When first developed, the Tampa Heights neighborhood was not within the city limits and thus became Tampa's original suburb. A corresponding Local Historic District was recognized in 2000. Its borders differ somewhat, excluding some areas of the national district, and including some areas not recognized by the national district.
