Building with majolica panels. There are five panels in total under the roof. The largest is in the center. It appears as if in a window, on the blue background of sea is depicted a girl with the dark flowing hair, surrounded by yellows. This same girl with the earring can be found in Taganrog at the private residence of the merchant Sharonov built in 1912 by the architect F. Shekhtel.

Boris Leonidovich Pasternak lived in this house in apartment №7 at two separate points in time, once in the autumn of 1913 and later in the spring of 1917.

The building is poorly maintained.
