The main office of TNK-BP. Constructed between 2000 and 2004 by the architect M M Posokhin. On this site had stood the last home of the Lost Ensemble that was Arbat Square.

The building was built on an "accursed" place where all the time the houses burned. The last time the building here burned was when a bomb dropped on it during World War II. Since then there has been a wasteland here. The current house is interesting because, it was built adjacent to the Metro Station Arbatskaya Filevskaya line.
