  • I remember, it was available for sale for $800K. It sat there, empty ... ... then that corporation tried to open their Mexican taqueria, right across the street from a REAL Mexican taqueria - one that's frequented by locals, and a favorite of the local police, too. I don't think I saw a single person drive through that place in a whole year of operation. If I had the money - and the economic climate was right - I'd turn it into a wireless coffeehouse. It has parking, it's accessible, you could do the drive-thru thing, put a few tables outside, maybe some food. Only thing is, kitchen's too big - it would need a new floorplan and maybe a patio area.
  • How is Border Tacos racist, unless you automatically think of border jumpers (which makes YOU racist)? More "authentic" Mexican food would come from those closer to Mexico, culturally, and by recipes spreading in neighborhoods, geographically, so it's pretty accurate. Chihuahua Bell, on the other hand, sounds close to trademark-infringing, and a more than a little gastronomically disturbing.
