Consecrated in 1919, Holy Trinity is the 5th oldest Catholic Church in Windsor and the 5th oldest Polish Church in Ontario. The original building was a 1 1/2 storey 4,300 sq. ft. red brick structure. The front gable end has a rose window and a decorative stone surround. It features paired arched windows along the sides and a front arched entrance in a gabled porch accessed by a long stairway.
In 2005 a 1,265 sq. ft. addition was made to the west side of the church. Designed by architect Stan Szaflarski, the addition replicated the look of the original with a rose window and round arched windows. The design also incorporated a new tower which repeats the gable theme of the older building.
