3-story Italian Renaissance theater building completed in about 1915 as a movie theater. It is clad in brick and stone, and ornamented with an elaborate second-floor loggia, carvings of theatrical masks, cartouches, and a cornice. It has since become the Orpheum Theater, a stage production and concert venue. Little Shop of Horrors debuted here in 1982; Stomp has been playing here since 1994.
