Until a few years ago (from 2015), this used to be a visibly old Mobil with a small food mart and mechanics garage. Surprisingly, both were reopened and renovated by a Philips 66, so it includes not only a food mart but a full garage (does state inspections, too). The renovation expanded the buildings and hid the dated pitched-roof building behind a facade (this can still be seen from the back).
