15 William is a 523-foot, 47-story residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Tsao & McKown in the Modernist style, it is situated at the corner of William and Beaver Streets. The tower is notable for its flashy exterior of grey-brown bricks with intermittent spots of glazed yellow bricks growing more frequent as the walls rise. The windows are arranged in an irregular pattern, with dark-grey metal mullions and spandrels panels. Both main facades are slightly angled.

At the base, 2-story projections of dark-grey metal panels extend from the brick surface of the tower to meet the sidewalk, with the 2nd level slightly overhanging the ground-level storefronts and lobby area. Atop each of these projections is an arcade-like arrangement of metal columns supporting a long metal-paneled cap. The ground-floor retail space is occupied by Open Kitchen, and there is an underground parking garage accessed from Beaver Street. The building contains 319 units, 209 of which were converted to from condominiums to rental In February 2011 due to sluggish sales. By 2015, the units were returned to all-condominium, following an ownership change. 15 William was originally named William Beaver House, after the two nearest streets.
