Kohat Tunnel

This tunnel is costructed by Goverment of Japan. This highway plays a very important role in uplifting the regional economy and transport runs smoothly from Peshawar to Karachi. This is about 2 km tunnel. In 2008 Taliban tried to destroy it but failed, although traffic through tunnel due to some damaged remained suspended for morethan a month.
