This was originally a 6 acre site bought by the Honorable Syamarao Ramaiah in the early 1950s from a Rajasthani Businessman. He was a leading businessman of his days with many acres of farmland, homes, rice factory, and other business endeavors. The farmland in the back was bought as well as a man made pond. The estate was split among his four sons, the oldest of whom were Ramaiah, Rangaraju, and Ramachandran.
