Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART), is a road structure and drainage system located at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. When finished, it would be the longest water diverting tunnel in South-East-Asia (SEA) and second longer in Asia. With total length of 9.7 km. However, only 3.3 km is for automobile.

It main objective is to solve storm-water result from rapid raining, and to reduce traffic-jam along Jalan Sungai Besi and Loke Yew bridge at Pudu. There are two component - water tunnel and road tunnel.

It started from lake in Kampung Berembang near Klang river in Ampang and end at lake Taman Desa near Sungai Kerayong at Salak Selatan (South). It lead by Government, include Highway authority and Water and Drainage Department, also with partner company, Gamuda Berhand and Malaysia Mining Corporation Berhad (MMC).

It is designed for light-vehicle with maximun 2 meter height and speed limit of 60 km/h. Motocyle and other heavy vehicle is banned from using this tunnel. SMART tunnel is opened to traffic on 7 April 2007 and toll charge of RM2.00 started on 14 Jun 2007.

    used to live on this very spot ('75-'89). there were government quarters back then. quite a nice place to live, near to shopping malls etc.
