Enterprise is a former townsite in section 36 of Utica Township, Winona County, Minnesota.

Founded by Alexander Whittier as a stopover for travelers. The post office began as Neoca, 1858-60 and changed to Enterprise 1860-1901. The town included three inns, mills powered by a dam, a lime kiln, match factory, and a schoolhouse.
