Whitewater Falls is an abandoned townsite in sections 27 and 34 of Whitewater Township in Winona County, Minnesota.

Whitewater Falls is now a ghost town with little to no visible reminder of the former village with 100 residents. There were at one time seven city blocks in the town. Whitewater Falls had a post office from 1856 until 1899.
