This 5 storey Art Deco building and annex houses the Canada revenue Agency and the Canada Border Services Agency. Until 1994 the building was home to Windsor's central Post Office and was known as the Post Office building. The name was changed in 1984 to honour Paul Martin Sr. prominent Member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister and father of Prime Minister Paul Martin Jr. This was built in 1934, and replaces an even older structure occupied by the Post Office.
