  • Aren't all of those things the same in essence? (DEEP!)
  • I lived at the Lighthouse Ranch for 4 yrs as a new Christian and it was one of the hardest and best experiences in my life. We were self supported and for the most part poor materially but rich spiritually. At the ranch I recieved a foundation in the Word of God that still stands strong after 20+ years. I am now in training to be a missionary to N. India and the Islamic nations. I loved the Lighthouse Ranch and the wonderful Christians I lived with there. It was also on of the best places to watch the sunrise and sunset from.
  • Uh, yeah. I lived at the lighthouse when it was like, actually a lighthouse in the mid-1980s and belonged to a splinter group of the Invisible Pink Unicorn (IPS) faith. There was this big, green, and, ironically, also invisible dragon called Elliot that lived with this little twerp who was, like, totally into hallucinogenics called Pete and some dipsomaniac who'd never share his brewski named Mickey Rooney. Then there was this really hot chick named Nora who liked to hang out at the lighthouse and she was always singing some song about some dazzle-snazzle-brazzle-frazzle nonsense. None of them would share their stash with me, bro, and I got tired of hearing about invisible green dragons and having no frickin' Sunflowers and Rockets to see them so I packed up and moved up the coast to lighthouse at Battery Point. There was a great brewery practically next door called Jefferson State but since it closed, I had to drag my arse back to the pedestrian underpass in Arcata and beg for Natty Ice donations from the sophomores. And it's all Mickey Rooney's fault.
