Originally a Howard Johnson's Hotel. G. Gordon Liddy used Room 419 as a command center to watch the the Watergate break-in directly across the street. Later converted to the Hall on Virginia Avenue, a dormitory for The George Washington University, which closed in 2014. Converted again in 2020 to apartments.
