In 1859, the Union Chapel was built on what was then called Pudding Lane, and which is now Lattingtown Road. Over the years several buildings were constructed with the main portion of the current Union Chapel built under the direction of Rt Rev Dr. Frederick Burgess in 1916 to designs by Henry W. Rowe with landscaping by Olmsted. Additions to the present building completed in 2002.
