The Adolphus Hotel is an upscale hotel and Dallas Landmark in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas. It was for several years the tallest building in the state.

The Beaux-Arts style building was opened in 1912 and built by the founder of Anheuser-Busch, Adolphus Busch. The Adolphus has been the host of many respected leaders of business, government, and entertainment, including presidents Warren G. Harding and George H. W. Bush. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip also stayed at the hotel in 1991.

The Adolphus is a Dallas Landmark and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 14, 1983.
