  • corporate interests. Pei Wei, Radio Shack, Starbucks, Gloria's, Etc. Waste of a beautiful building. lots of empty lofts upstairs, mainly a gateway to target, pet smart, office depot, Pier One, Etc.
  • Very expensive lofts. some cost over $2 million. Not a whole lot of empties anymore.
