Most scientifically designed disposal arrangement for ash produced from Coal fired Thermal Power Plant with multi level settling and filtering stages for the decant water before the same being discharged into natural water body. By alternately filling the multiple lagoons in rotation, the lagoon filled up and left for drying can be raised in height by scooping filled up ash and building the bund height termed as "raising of the lagoon". By this method no external source of earth is required for the bund formation.
