Maa Ramachandi - Tu Hi Saha Bharasa

Maa Ramachandi is one of the two presiding deities of the agro-warrior castes of the earstwhile states of Utkala, Kalinga, Trikalinga, Anga, Koshala. Castes of this category (Khandayat, Chasa, Kulita) worship Maa Ramachandi in great reverence. Temples of the goddess are easily found spread across the state of Orissa and some part of chhattisgarh.

The other deity closely linked with this motherly goddess is Maa Khambeswari(Khamsiri).
