Delay in infrastrcture developments. lack of planning 2. Lack of Good promoters, no scheme 3. To develope area allow middle class people to develop atleast a market. 4. Only higher class considered, there should be middle class people to serve basic amenties. 5. Horirble access More comments can be added.

  • this is a good project an example to municipal corporations to prepare good town planning layouts for all kinds of people.
  • I would say that people have reacted too early and without understanding the project! its a beautiful area and HCC r doing a great job in terms of conservation and eco-planning. minimum wastage here. i m sure it will be a great place when completed between 3 - 7 years from now!
  • Any such mega-project requires lot of patience, coordination, local support, and numerous such factors/problems that come along with all such projects. HCC is trying its best to put things in place and in the long-run people are going to see the benefits of this project. It should be called a miracle, if not the power of project, that HCC makes a profitable year and share price goes up even when the entire market is down. Few years of wait and see for yourself.
