  We stayed at Captain Mike's resort in 2010 and were taken care of like royalty. The neighbor hood is quiet except for the odd rooster at 5 am, the sights of the bay are awesome. Coffee in the morning and a short jaunt and you are downtown Legaspi. Mike Ong, the owner is very cordial and provides clean and nice accomadations. It is located just outside Santo Domingo , a quiet little village with a very well kept courtyard.
