The Community Centre (Chitalishte) in Turia was founded in 1905 under the name New Life and marked the beginning of the development of cultural and educational activities among the population. When Chudomir himself decided to destroy his native house, the only condition he set was to build a community center in its place. The new building was erected in 1980 and the community center was renamed Chudomir. It is registered under number 111 with the Ministry of Culture. The building has a hall with 200 seats and operates a mummer's group, amateur folklore and theater group.
The multifunctional building also houses the town hall, the museum collection, the library.
