  • Rossville Bingo Hall on Chickamauga Avenue is closed because the owners are criminals. He was originally convicted in Kentucky of Continuing Criminal Enterprise for cocaine and marijuana sales and money laundering. His wife, who is the trustee of the family trust, (where they hide and invest all their ill-gotten gains) was also indicted for conspiracy but was acquited. Then she filed as a Third Party Interest to try to salvage some of the properties that had been forfeited which belonged to the trust. When he got out of Federal Prison, the trust purchased the building at 303 Chickamauga Avenue, He then started acquiring gaming machines and running illegal raffles. He was again arrested, and this time charged, along with two others of a violation of the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization law (R.I.C.O). He died before serving time on this offense, but the family trust is still managed by his wife, and it still owns the building. Now, they are trying to re-open it as a bingo hall. I can't imagine any legitimate nonprofit organization doing business with these crooks, but certainly they shouldn't get any public support. If you lie down with dogs, you get fleas.
  • I have played here....the business is NOT legitimate. The operators, floor workers, abd callers ALL steal money from here. I have seen the workers put money in their pocket. I h ave seen the operators running the cash reguster and then voiding the receipts abd take the money from the players and put it in their pocket. I have seen the callers hild balls out of the hopper and hold it in their hands to let their high rollers win. I have seen this first hand.
