Linden House, also known as the DeHaan Estate, was built in 2007 as the home for German-born American businesswoman and philanthropist Christel DeHaan. When completed in 2007, Linden House featured seven bedrooms and 13.5 bathrooms, covering 41,762 square feet.

Following DeHaan's death in 2020, the estate was sold to RH (formerly Restoration Hardware) for $14.5 million in September 2022. It was the most expensive residential property sale in Indiana history. M Development purchased the 168-acre property while RH leases and operates the property, including an interior design studio and showroom, restaurant, and wine bar.
