Located in southern Prince George's County, Cosca Regional Park is more than 690 acres in size. Some areas within the park have been developed for recreational use, but much of the park remains in its natural, undeveloped state. Clearwater Nature Center, a staffed facility which offers a variety of interpretive programs, exhibits, and special events, is located in the park. Cosca Regional Park also includes the following developed facilities: picnic areas and shelters, a picnic pavilion, a tram train, four lighted outdoor tennis courts, two unlighted outdoor tennis courts, a lake for boating and fishing, a boathouse, playgrounds, an equestrian trail network, a nature trail network, 25 campsites, comfort stations, two lighted softball fields, one unlighted softball field, two lighted baseball fields, and the Cosca Tennis Bubble, with four lighted tennis courts. Athletic fields are available by permit only; the picnic pavilion and some picnic shelters are also reserved by permit. Cosca Regional Park is a great place for enjoying nature, family fun, and picnics. Location/Directions - The park is located in Clinton, Maryland, near Andrews Air Force Base.

From the Capital Beltway (I-495) South, toward Richmond, Virginia, take Exit 7A South (Branch Avenue/Route 5), toward Waldorf. Make a right onto Woodyard Road. Turn left onto Brandywine Road. Make a right onto Thrift Road. Park is on the right.
From U.S. Route 301 take Route 5 North. Turn left onto Brandywine Road. Turn left on Thrift Road. Park is on the right.
