Monument of Bulgarian soldiers who fell for the liberation of Kardzhali Town.
In 1939, the people of Kardzhali repaid the Bulgarian people for the sacrifices made by the Bulgarian people in 1912 during the liberation of Kardzhali, by erecting a monument in their honor.
