Also known as the Titche-Goettinger Building, this was one of Dallas' original broad-front department stores located along St. Paul Street between Main and Elm Street in downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). It opened in 1929 to a design by Greene, LaRoche & Dahl and doubled in size in the 1950's (this is the original portion of the building) before being renamed as Joske's in 1979 and ultimately shut down in 1987 after Dillard's purchased Joske's.

Today, the building has been turned into loft apartments (since 1997) with ground floor retail space; however, no tenants have occupied the ground floor in a number of years. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a contributing property in the Harwood Historic District and Main Street District.

1900 Elm Street in Dallas, Texas now operates as residential with a portion for academic use.
