"Tulovska Koria" is a protected site with Ordinance № РД-2593 from 13.10.1961 by the General Directorate of Forestry at the Council of Ministers. The aims of declaration are conservation of remnants of venerable oak forest (75.7 ha).
Most impressive tree is "The Royal Oak", about 850 years old, 26 meters high and similar types of common oak - "The Dragon", "The Fairy oak", "The Gorgeous".
