An imposing mausoleum located in Oakwood Cemetery, west of Port Colborne, Ontario said to be haunted by its inhabitant Samuel Hopkins, a a wealthy local merchant, who died Oct. 12, 1899 and his pet dog. According to legend, Hopkins' spirit appears each year on the night of the spring equinox. See John Robert Colombo's 'Mysteries of Ontario' page 185 for more details.

  • OMG .. i live in port.. and i went there yesterday ( thats why im looking this stuff up) .. and i touched the tomb with my right hand ... and when i woke up my right hand was bruised and red ... and i'm creeped out
