Serving very low income, independent seniors in since 1983 by providing service-enriched affordable housing.

In 1990, Sarah’s Circle purchased the building from JubileeHousing and is now the sole owner and operator. Sarah’s Circle also built a Wellness Center on the ground level, which includes a commercial kitchen, a dining room and a large recreation room where activities are conducted regularly.
