Kingston–Port Ewen Suspension Bridge (City of Kingston, New York)

Also known as the "Rondout Creek bridge", the Kingston–Port Ewen Suspension Bridge is a cable suspension bridge designed by the Holton D. Robinson and John A. Roebling's Sons Company. Built between 1916 and 1921 with a multi-year work stoppage due to World War I, the bridge officially opened to traffic using Route 9W (now Wurts St/Old Rte 9W) on November 2nd, 1921.

Presently listed near the top of the U.S. Department of Transportation's list of most structurally deficient bridges in the Nation, the Kingston–Port Ewen Suspension Bridge is limited to traffic not exceeding 5 Tons.
