A Coffee estate growing organic pepper and coffee. The area also encloses one of the last remaining areas of traditional Kodagu Forest areas , which have not been taken over by coffee cultivation.Trees like Rosewood, Samrani, Kachampodi, Cinnamon, Bolandi and Jackfruit abound.Rare sightings of Fishing Owl,Paradise flycather, Green wood pigeon, Serpent eagle , Golden backed Woodpeckers and Grey Hornbills have been made .Area abounds with beautiful butterflies and other insect life.Residence of Papu and Sita.
