Comments

  • Notice the little notch between the 9 and 10 o'clock positions in the largest diameter circle (that's the parking ramp). The notch is due to the unwillingness of the woman who owned the land at the corner of the block and refused to sell, because her dog needed the room to play. The original building (built by Macy's) had the notch included because of this. Eventually, she died and the land was sold and built on, but the notch remains.
