168-foot, 18-story hotel completed in 2008. Designed by Peter T.F. Poon Architects. The hotel has 160 guest rooms and features a blue and silver metal-clad exterior with a sloped top. Discreet, wide air conditioning vents are integrated into the bottoms of the square window openings on the south and north facades.. There are no windows on the eastern and western elevations, but the pattern of blue metal panels inlaid with the silver ones creates some visual interest. A large mechanical and elevator penthouse tops the sloped section of the building, also clad in silver metal panels.
