The last operating remnant of what was once the Rice Food Markets chain in Houston, this local gourmet supermarket is the last Rice Epicurean around. The other four were sold off after 2013 to The Fresh Market (there were four others). This store in particular was an AppleTree prior to '94. California transplants can enjoy the large collection of See's Candies they have here, the largest in Houston.
