This is the location of the Schraner family manor and encompassing grounds. Several generations of the Schraner family have called this picturesque haven their home. In 1987, after most of the family had migrated to Illinois, this site was donated to the city of Derby by surviving member Junior Spivey. It now serves as a public park and swimming area.
