A"luxury boutique hotel" located in historic Old Town Alexandria. It is housed in neo-colonial complex mimicking the architectural stylings of the colonial townhouses found in the city. It prominently features large palladian windows on a canvas of red brick, topped with grey slate roofing complete with a barrage of colonial dormers.

The hotel features 241 rooms decorated in a colonial-modern theme, indicative of the city's past colonial heritage. The main floor of the building features the hotel's contemporary restaurant named "Jackson 20" - a pun on the American $20 banknote. The hotel employs a pet-friendly policy.
