Interchange of the 91 freeway and La Sierra. Undergoing significant reconstruction because the previous design was no longer able to carry the amount of traffic that clogs this juncture which is very very busy. The bridge will be widened to 8 lanes (6 thru lanes and 2 turn lanes for the freeway entrances. The on ramps are 3 lanes wide and narrow down to one upon merging with the freeway.

  • The bridge work is completed and all lanes are now open. It looks like they are going to put in a loop from La Sierra to westbound 91, it's graded as such, but not sure if that is the case.
  • Passed thru here the other day...no loop is going to be put in. it was graded to where it looked like one was being built, but now it looks like drainage and landscaping will be done.
